I like making food that is going to stay for a day or two, three if I’m lucky. A good salad made with fresh vegetables and other goodies, think throwing in some fruit and cheese will sit well for awhile and becomes a great snack to pick at all day long. One of the more obvious tricks is of course to keep any dressing off which could make it soggy and not quite as palatable the following day. It’s funny, because homemade dressings will get better after a day or two, but salads with dressing not so much. Other favorite food which sits well to snack on for a day or two afterwards – delivered chinese food!!! Bam, said it. I’m not always healthy.
